How to set up FuelMetric Pro and use it every day. The pictures show the Windows app; the Android app works the same way, with the menu at the foot of the screen.

1. Install and first startInstall the app, enter your company and site, and use the calculator.
2. Tanks and calibration chartsAdd a tank, import its calibration chart and check it.
3. Daily dip roundEnter the dips of all tanks in one pass and correct a reading later.
4. Receipts and transfersRecord oil received into a tank or sent out, with the quantity from both dips.
5. ReportsSave the Daily Stock Report and receipt reports as PDF and Excel.
6. Backup and moving to a new PCKeep a backup file and move your data to another PC or phone.
